Wildlife Retreat at Taronga: This is a comfortable hotel located within the zoo. There are several types of rooms available, including options with animal and harbour views. 2. Roar and Snore: This is a camping-style accommodation located in the zoo, with tents set up inside the zoo. Visitors will have the chance to participate in a guided night tour, enjoy a meal, and sleep in a tent at the zoo! These accommodations offer a unique and exciting way to experience the zoo.

Wild Australia Experience

The Wild Australia Experience is an Australian animal-themed guided tour offered at Taronga Zoo.

This experience includes:

  • A guided visit with a zoo keeper.

  I'm observing a large grassy area that has many tall trees, bright sunlight, and many people enjoying themselves. Some are playing chess next to walking paths, some are lounging in the grass, and few are just chatting or taking pictures. Most seem relaxed and don't appear rushed, which I believe indicates they are just taking some time away from their busy city lives. It seems that many people frequent this park often, perhaps several days a week, because it is so calming amidst a busy city.
